Overview
We are seeking a **Planning Engineer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Availability: Ready to join immediately and must be locally available.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow up with all Project Managers to ensure effective project execution.
- Collect and analyze reports from Project Managers, and report to the Projects Manager.
- Monitor all phases of projects, with the help of Project Managers, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines until completion certificates are issued.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's outcome-based service delivery plans, including oversight of strategic and operational plans.
- Facilitate discussions on goals and measures to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Implement systems and processes to collect and analyze data, trends, and other relevant information impacting organizational outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and report progress and outcomes achieved for funds, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential planning or evaluation projects requiring specific attention.
- Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of all projects.
- Participate as a member of the management team in strategic planning and goal-setting processes.
- Manage risks associated with each project.
- Provide support during the proposal development phase when required.
- Review and share status reports, work plans, and change requests as necessary.
