The employer is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for its team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update schedules with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; create timelines, work schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor and track planned versus actual progress, identify delays, and assist with recovery plans and delay analysis.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and teams responsible for manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications; maintain schedules and progress records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 4–6 years of UAE project-planning experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; knowledge of scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Ability to prepare project reports and track timelines; strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, or external works experience is preferred.
- UAE landscaping company experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
Work location
- Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
