LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Civil Engineer
to lead and manage complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects
- **Supervise site engineers, contractors, and technical teams**
- **Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations**
- **Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines**
- **Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards**
- **Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on construction methods**
- **Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities**
- **Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management and stakeholders**
- **Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and industry best practices**
- **Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development**
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred)
- **Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management**
- **Strong proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.)**
- **In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project documentation**
- **Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**
- **Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams**
- **Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage**
- **UAE driving license is preferred**
