Planning & Coordination Engineer

Overview

• Jasara PMC is seeking a proactive and organized Planning & Coordination Engineer specializing in Sports Facilities to join our team on an Expression of Interest (EOI) basis.
• In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of sports facility projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh.
• This initiative will create a state of the art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure aligned with the project s primary objectives.
• The project team will apply proven project management and construction supervision expertise to ensure on time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.
• We seek an exceptional, collaborative team committed to excellence and ready to contribute the skills and dedication required to deliver this scheme successfully.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of proven experience in planning and coordination of sports facilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and coordination tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with construction processes specific to sports facilities is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
