The description seeks a Supply Planner with a solid background in FMCG or manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor raw material requirements based on production needs and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare and update production plans and schedules; track production progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.
- Monitor inventory and shortages, maintain planning records and reports, and support stock efficiency and waste reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous supply or production planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Understanding of raw materials, inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
Tools and systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is requested; ERP system experience is preferred.
