• The position entails the following responsibilities:
• Manage the placement of corporate medical insurance programs and structure solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive pricing, enhanced benefits, and favorable underwriting terms.
• Review and validate quotations, including pricing, benefits, network coverage, and underwriting conditions.
• Support and guide the SME placement team on complex cases, negotiations, and market approach.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and proper management of placement activities within internal systems.
• Join a successful international group to be on a path that is only capped by your ambitions.
• You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical insurance placement within an insurance brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate medical insurance products and underwriting practices.
• Good understanding of UAE insurance regulations and DHA requirements.
• Proven negotiation and relationship management skills with insurers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
