Lead end-to-end student placement and internship operations across all centers.
Build relationships with companies, hospitals, industry partners, and colleges to create consistent placement and internship opportunities.
Placement and internship management
- Source opportunities through offer closure and manage the annual placement and internship calendar.
- Track placement data through dashboards and reports and standardize processes across centers.
- Build the organization’s profile as a preferred placement provider for partner companies.
Corporate and institutional partnerships
- Build and negotiate national corporate tie-ups and manage relationships with HR teams, senior management, and decision-makers.
- Develop corporate leads and represent the organization at meetings, job fairs, and networking events.
- Establish college placement partnerships, align training with hiring needs, negotiate MOUs, and coordinate among colleges and recruiting companies.
Administration and reporting
- Prepare monthly reports, track annual targets, identify centers needing support, and maintain MIS, offer-letter, and compliance records.
Required skills and competencies
- Strong corporate tie-up and B2B relationship management experience, including engaging HR heads and senior management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prior exposure to placement cell operations, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition coordination.
- Strong reporting and MIS/dashboard skills; Excel or Google Sheets experience, with CRM tools as a plus.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with comfort in frequent travel and external stakeholder meetings.
Preferred qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years in placements, corporate relations, campus recruitment, or B2B sales/partnerships preferred.
- An existing corporate or college network is an advantage.
Pay
- Up to ₹700,000 per year.
