Role Overview
Manage employer relationships, generate placement opportunities, coordinate recruitment activities, and support students throughout the placement process.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
- Generate employer leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and company visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential employers and understand their hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, selections, offers, and joining processes.
- Guide students on job opportunities, resumes, interview preparation, and application procedures.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, employer meets, and industry events.
- Maintain company and HR databases and records of leads, interviews, selections, and placements.
- Follow up regularly with employers and students to ensure smooth placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in placement, recruitment, B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, networking, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort interacting with HR professionals, companies, and students.
- Willingness to travel locally for company visits and recruitment activities.
- A valid two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and organized approach.
Pay
- Pay is ₹300,000.00–₹450,000.00 per year.
