PKI Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to PKI security strategy and roadmap initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define PKI requirements and documentation
• Provide direction on PKI architecture, policies, standards, and governance
• Support PKI lifecycle management, advisory services, and CA/RA operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments and support audit requirements
• Manage PKI infrastructure including administration, DR, backup, and restoration
• Oversee OS configuration, access control, and HSM management
• Maintain PKI asset inventory and implement infrastructure controls
• Coordinate with risk teams ensuring segregation of duties compliance
• Handle incident management, patching, and system upgrades

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Information Security / PKI / IT Security / IS Audit
• Strong knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and security governance
• Experience working with regulators and large enterprise environments
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
