We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Pizza Maker** to work in our Food Truck operation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas efficiently during service.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Follow food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role.
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, toppings, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts.
- Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
