Role Description
The Pilates Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The instructor will lead private and group Pilates sessions, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to clients’ goals, abilities, and any physical considerations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning class sequences, demonstrating exercises with correct form, offering modifications and progressions, and maintaining a positive, encouraging studio atmosphere.
The role also involves conducting client assessments, tracking progress, and communicating clearly about training plans and studio offerings.
Additional tasks include maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment, supporting client scheduling and check-in processes, and participating in ongoing training or team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Recognized Pilates certification (e.g., mat and/or reformer) and strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and safe movement patterns.
- Proven experience leading group classes and one-on-one sessions, with the ability to adapt programs for different levels, goals, and physical needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse populations.
- Professionalism in punctuality, appearance, and conduct, with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful studio environment.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail to cue alignment, correct form, and support injury prevention.
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including schedule management, session notes, and coordination with the studio team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including peak hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on client demand.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Previous experience in a boutique or wellness-focused environment is preferred.
