The center treats a wide range of conditions through physiotherapy, pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, and neurorehabilitation.
Services also include occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavior/ABA therapy to support patients’ functional and developmental needs.
The multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for individuals with diverse rehabilitation requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Physiotherapist will assess patients of different age groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Daily responsibilities include conducting physical and functional assessments, guiding therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and using rehabilitation equipment safely.
The role involves working closely with other rehabilitation professionals, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
The Physiotherapist is also expected to contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and support continuous improvement of clinical protocols and patient care standards.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and delivery for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Ability to work effectively with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, adapting treatment approaches to different functional levels and needs.
- Competence in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and safe use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to educate patients and caregivers clearly and respectfully.
- High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient-centered care, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates, with previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation or physiotherapy setting preferred.
- Experience or interest in multidisciplinary rehabilitation environments (e.g., occupational, speech, behavior/ABA therapy) considered an advantage.
