Clinical Excellence
- Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy treatments with high clinical standards and professionalism
- Assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Build strong patient relationships and ensure high retention rates
- Provide sports massage therapy as part of treatment and recovery plans
Business Development & Patient Growth
- Proactively engage in business development during non-peak hours
- Build community relationships and generate new patient leads through education and visibility
Marketing & Content Engagement
- Contribute to clinic content strategy through:
- Monthly blog contributions
- Social media videos (educational/promotional)
- Sharing case studies, patient success stories, and health tips
- Collaborate with the marketing team to grow personal and clinic presence
Team & Compliance
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and inspection readiness
- Support and mentor junior staff when required
