Overview
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Advisor/Physiotherapist to join our growing spa team.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Physiotherapy and strong experience in customer consultation, body treatments, and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans based on client needs
- Perform treatments according to company protocols and standards
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients and support retention and treatment continuity
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to maximize results
- Maintain high hygiene and operational standards within the spa
- Support promotional campaigns and recommend suitable products/services to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy, wellness, or spa operations
- Strong sales and consultation skills
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- English proficiency is a plus
