Join Shifa Home Health Care’s growing physiotherapy team, providing doctor-led care in clients’ homes.
Assess and treat home-care clients, design programmes with clear starts and ends, and contribute to service development.
Treatment and service duties
- Assess clients at home and set measurable goals.
- Plan and deliver care for musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility, balance, falls prevention, back and neck pain, and posture.
- Provide assisted stretching and mobility work; use kinesio taping, dry needling, cupping, or manual therapy when certified.
- Provide home exercise programmes, track progress at set reviews, and document sessions in the system the same day.
- Share protocol and package ideas, client needs, and service gaps.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Active DHA licence or DHA eligibility letter ready to activate.
- 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience in the UAE; home care or outpatient musculoskeletal experience is ideal.
- Able to work independently in clients’ homes.
Skills and languages
- Fluent English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and good interpersonal skills are sought.
- Add-on techniques are used where the physiotherapist is certified.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person, treating clients in their homes.
