About the Role
This role is for a clinically confident physiotherapist who takes pride in delivering thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and an exceptional patient experience.
You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where integrated care is genuinely practiced.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniques
- Design and deliver effective, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
- Integrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriate
- Communicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate manner
- Ensure every patient interaction reflects DISC's commitment to high-quality care
- Adhere to all departmental protocols, SOPs, and infection control processes
- Maintain current DOH licence status and complete all facility licensing requirements on time
- Uphold DISC brand standards across all clinical and operational activity
- Contribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical delivery
Qualifications
- DOH licensed physiotherapist (please note your licence status in your application)
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; Master's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
- Sound knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction
- Familiarity with DOH and Ministry of Health regulations
- Experience with infection control processes
- Collaborative, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills
