Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniques.
- Design and deliver effective, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Integrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriate.
- Communicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate manner.
- Follow departmental protocols, standard operating procedures, and infection control processes.
- Maintain current DHA licence status and complete facility licensing requirements on time.
- Uphold DISC brand standards across clinical and operational activities.
- Contribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical delivery.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid DHA physiotherapist licence and complete facility licensing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy is required.
- A Master's degree in Rehabilitation or a relevant clinical field is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is required.
- Sound knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction is required.
- Familiarity with DHA and Ministry of Health regulations is required.
- Experience with infection control processes is required.
- A collaborative, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills is required.
Required and Preferred Skills
- Required skills include DHA physiotherapy licensure, clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and infection control knowledge.
- Preferred skills include a relevant master's degree and experience in a multidisciplinary team.
