Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Physics Expert (PhD) to work on a contractor basis.
This individual will apply their advanced physics expertise to solve complex, novel problems and provide high-quality input for AI model training.
By contributing to the development of frontier AI models, the chosen candidate will help shape how models learn, reason, and perform across various domains, including finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced physics expertise to solve complex, novel problems and provide high-quality input for AI model training.
- Review, analyze, and annotate research materials or data in specialized subfields of physics.
- Document thought processes and solutions clearly using LaTeX, Jupyter, and Python to ensure reproducibility and clarity.
- Collaborate with the client's team to refine problem statements and deliver detailed feedback on model outputs.
- Engage in rigorous research and literature review to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data provided to the AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of physics, with a strong background in theoretical or experimental physics.
- Proficiency in LaTeX, Jupyter, and Python programming languages.
- Experience with data analysis and annotation, particularly in the context of AI model training.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A PhD in Physics or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant research experience.
