Physician Assistant - Neonatal

70-bed, Level III NICU with advanced technology and a collaborative care model

Two-facility health system with 7,000 annual deliveries

Cape Coral Hospital provides Level I, low-risk delivery services

Primary responsibilities include attending coverage in the Level III NICU

Occasional Level I coverage including well-baby care with home back‑up coverage

Full range of subspecialty services available (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO)

High-risk delivery service coverage

12-hour shifts with an option for 24-hour shifts based on prior experience

Supportive team of 10 Neonatologists and 10 NNPs
