Physician Assistant - Nationwide

About the Opportunity:

Compass Medical Provider is seeking qualified Physician Assistants to support medical readiness events for Service Members.

• Perform very brief, focused physical exams when required
• Identify current health risks and provide brief counseling
• Document findings and complete SF 600 entries in medical record
• Recommend appropriate referrals
• Provide professional, respectful, and quality care to all Service Members.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Ability to travel by air or ground transportation to locations as scheduled for dental readiness events.

• Master’s degree or successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted PA license
• Primary care experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and adaptable to changing environments
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to work long, active days with frequent movement between locations
• Knowledge of military procedures (e.g., AR 40-501), military protocols, databases, and acronyms, preferred.
• Possession of a CAC with access to MWDE and MHA , preferred.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per day).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move dental equipment or supply boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination necessary for performing tasks safely and accurately.
