About the Role
We are hiring a PHP Back End Developer for a contract remote role. You will implement and maintain core backend services for high-traffic web applications, optimize code for performance and scalability, and collaborate with frontend developers.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP development with strong proficiency in PHP 7.x or 8.x
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and optimization
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Knowledge of server environments (Linux/Unix) and deployment workflows
- Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and background job processing
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PHP Back End Developer to work on a contract basis.
