Photographer / Videographer - Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, products, events, and promotional activities.
• Plan, shoot, and produce content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Edit and retouch photographs and produce short-form and long-form videos for digital channels.
• Create Reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and other visual materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media teams on creative concepts.
• Manage lighting, cameras, audio equipment, and other production tools.
• Organize and maintain the photo and video content library.
• Deliver content on time and meet brand quality standards.
• Occasionally travel to different locations for shoots, events, or campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Experience creating content for social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Understanding of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently manage shoots from concept through final delivery.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Industry experience in food, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or fast-paced consumer businesses is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in photography, film, media, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, drones, and audio equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
