Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties using professional photography equipment.
• Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, cinematic tours, reels, and short-form social content.
• Film agents for property presentations, personal branding, and promotional content.
• Plan concepts, shot lists, angles, compositions, and filming requirements.
• Edit video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, listings, advertisements, and other platforms.
• Edit and retouch property photographs for professional, consistent presentation.
• Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, voiceovers, color correction, and other post-production elements.
• Produce horizontal and vertical content optimized for different platforms.
• Coordinate with agents on property highlights, selling points, and content requirements.
• Organize media and project archives, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, monitor content trends, and support marketing creative needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, content creator, or similar; experience in real estate, property, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate photography and videography.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Ability to create engaging short-form social media content and work independently from concept through final edit.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and property marketing is an advantage.

Preferred skills

• Preferred skills include drone videography, gimbal and stabilizer operation, color grading, professional photo retouching, social media content production, motion graphics, basic animation, and filming agent-led or talking-head videos.
