Produce professional photography and videography for clients and projects in the Production / Creative department.
Create visual content for social media, advertising, commercial campaigns, products, restaurants, events, and people.
Responsibilities
- Execute photography and videography sessions for clients and projects.
- Prepare cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment before shoots.
- Choose camera angles and compositions based on creative direction and brand identity.
- Transform creative briefs into high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with Creative and Account Management teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain photography and production equipment.
- Organize, back up, and deliver footage and photographs in a structured manner.
- Perform basic photo and video editing when required.
- Meet production, shooting, and delivery deadlines.
- Contribute ideas to improve content quality and performance.
Requirements
- Proven professional photography and videography experience.
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Experience creating social media and commercial campaign content.
- Ability to work under pressure in different shooting environments.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Experience shooting restaurants, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality content is preferred.
- Experience creating Reels and vertical content is preferred.
- Experience using gimbals and professional lighting equipment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of color grading is preferred.
- Ability to develop concepts from pre-production through final delivery is preferred.

Quality of photography and video content produced.
Meeting shooting and delivery deadlines.
Number of projects completed per month.
Client satisfaction with delivered content.
Compliance with brand guidelines.
Proper handling and maintenance of company equipment.
Proper organization and management of project files.
