Full-Time Social Media Specialist / Photographer / Videographer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Specialist / Photographer / Videographer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about luxury cars, digital media, and social growth strategies, with proven experience creating high-performing content across all major social media platforms.
This role requires someone who understands current market trends, viral content strategies, platform algorithms, and how to grow brand visibility organically while working closely alongside our SEO and marketing team.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and X.
- Create and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, followers, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with current market trends, viral content styles, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Plan and schedule daily content, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimise content strategies.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photo and video content of luxury and exotic vehicles.
- Produce cinematic reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle shoots.
- Edit videos and photos professionally for social media and marketing use.
- Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear when required.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and premium presentation standards.
Digital Marketing & SEO Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO and marketing team to align content with website campaigns and search strategies.
- Understand social media ranking strategies and how content performs across different platforms.
- Assist in optimising captions, hashtags, keywords, and video descriptions for discoverability.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns that improve online visibility and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in social media management, photography, and videography.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies across all major platforms.
- Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Strong photography and videography portfolio.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, music trends, editing styles, and content formats.
- Experience with luxury, automotive, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and creative direction skills.
Preferred Skills
- Drone operating experience.
- Basic graphic design experience.
- Understanding of paid advertising and boosted social campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, website content optimisation, and digital branding.
