Photographer & Videographer – 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and overall creative direction.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong creative vision, and is capable of managing the full production process—from concept development to final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, social media, and marketing materials
• Plan and execute shoots, including lighting, composition, and scene setup
• Operate professional equipment including cameras, lenses, audio systems, stabilizers, and lighting tools
• Conduct both on-site and studio shoots as required

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
• Perform color correction, retouching, and visual enhancements
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content with audio, graphics, and motion elements
• Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across all content

Creative Development

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and content strategies
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Ensure all visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and objectives

Project Management

• Plan and manage shoot schedules, timelines, and shot lists
• Organize and maintain media files for easy access and archiving
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and talent for smooth production execution

Technical & Equipment Management

• Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots when required
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer and/or Videographer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work
• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required
