Qualifications
- EDUCATION:
- HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT Preferred
- TRAINING: Phlebotomy training sufficient to be certified in the State of CA.
- LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: State of California Phlebotomist certification required. Healthcare Provider BLS required within 6 months of assuming position.
- EXPERIENCE: 6 months phlebotomy experience or formal training; 1 year of experience preferred.
