Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.
- Proficient in venipuncture, capillary collection, and specimen labeling procedures
- Strong knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to handle biohazard materials safely and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Competent in preparing, storing, and transporting blood samples accurately
- Skilled in managing patient anxiety and ensuring comfort during collection
- Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and data entry accuracy
- Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License
- Candidates with own visa preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required
