QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level
• High School diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in pharmacy order entry.
• Requires background working in a hospital pharmacy with a general understanding of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy operations.
• Certification/Licensure
• Certified Pharmacy Technician required
