Key Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects a majority of each workday.
- Effective at retaining and disseminating health insurance plan information.
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
- Word processing skill of 40 WPM.
- Knowledge of PioneerRx helpful.
- Pharmacy experience helpful but not necessary.
- Light lifting of up to 25 pounds.
