Role overview
Combined in-store pharmacy support and local delivery role; delivery volumes are modest and vary day to day.

Main duties
- Welcome customers, assist with non-clinical shop tasks, and refer medicine-related questions to the pharmacist.
- Clean shelves, displays, floors, and designated areas; organize retail displays and supplies and assist with permitted stock tasks.
- Deliver sealed, pharmacist-approved orders, follow handling instructions, confirm delivery, and protect customer privacy.
- Assist with routine shop tasks, maintain the staff refreshment area, and occasionally prepare tea or coffee.
- Motorcycle deliveries are assigned only after the required licence and approvals are verified.
Requirements and preferences
- Good spoken English and polite communication with customers and colleagues.
- A valid UAE motorcycle driving licence is mandatory.
- Comfort with cleaning, shelf organization, stock handling, and nearby walking deliveries.
- Confident use of WhatsApp and mobile maps; reliable, punctual, attentive to detail, and willing to learn and follow instructions.
- An own suitable, approved motorcycle is an advantage.
- Previous pharmacy, retail, stockroom, or similar support experience is helpful; pharmacy education or technician experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Fixed salary of AED 2,000 per month, plus delivery incentives based on completed deliveries and paid monthly.
- The fixed salary does not depend on delivery volume; incentive earnings vary with completed deliveries.
- Incentive rate and conditions will be agreed in writing before joining.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the pharmacy.
