The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the pharmacy department to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication-use systems.
This position provides operational oversight of pharmacy services, personnel management, medication distribution systems, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
The Pharmacy Operations Manager collaborates with pharmacy and hospital leadership to support departmental goals and serves as the Director of Pharmacy's designee for operational matters as assigned.
Salary
Range: $135,000 - $175,000 per year
