What You Bring

  • With You (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
  • Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
  • Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
  • CPR Certification.
  • 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
  • One year management experience (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy system, working knowledge of policies and procedures, understanding of regulatory in the state the unit operates in.
  • Successful completion of all required certifications.

  • The below pay rate for this position is consistent for all employees in this role at this location.
  • $157,560.00
  • This flat rate is carefully determined based on the responsibilities of the role and current market trends. We regularly review and adjust this rate as needed to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with evolving market data, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting our team members and their contributions.
  • Compensation for this position also includes incentive bonus opportunities that may vary based on individual and company performance. Specific details will be discussed during the hiring process.
