This is a full-time remote role for a Pharmacy Manager at Data Analyst Learning & Practice.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
include managing pharmacy staff, ensuring accurate dispensing of prescriptions, implementing and monitoring pharmacy practices, and coordinating immunization services.
The Pharmacy Manager will also play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management within the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice to manage the overall workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Prescription processing and handling with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in Immunization services, including administration and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and support Pharmacy Technicians with leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of medication management, inventory oversight, and customer service in a pharmacy context.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new pharmaceutical products, and compliance standards.
- Pharmacist license in good standing and relevant pharmacy certifications or credentials.
