Job Responsibilities
- Act as the clinical SME for pharmacy operations, prescribing workflows, and E-Prescription systems.
- Support implementation and optimization of digital prescription and dispensing workflows.
- Manage and configure prescribing/dispensing rules within EPN systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety, and workflow accuracy.
- Analyze medication utilization trends and provide operational recommendations.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders during rollout activities.
- Support change management and user training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Pharmacy Informatics or E-Prescription systems.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare digital transformation.
- Experience in healthcare systems implementation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
