Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pharmacy Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across pharmacy activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage inventory levels, stock monitoring, and ordering processes
- Liaise with suppliers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support pharmacists in administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in improving workflow systems and service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy management systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations in Qatar is an advantage
