Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pharmacist located in Mecca.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing, dispensing, and reviewing medications, counseling patients about their prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
They will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans and ensure safe and effective use of medications.
Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance on drug interactions and side effects.
Qualifications
- Saudi National
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, pharmaceutical regulations, and medication management.
- Strong skills in prescription review, compounding, and dispensing of medications.
- Ability to provide counseling and education to patients about medication usage, potential side effects, and health management.
- Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and monitor treatment plans.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. A Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.
