- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy.
- License: Current license with the state Board of Pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments.
