Pharmacist in Charge (Warehouse)
About This Role
We are looking for a Pharmacist in Charge (Warehouse) to oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations in storage and distribution
- Manage and monitor warehouse operations and stock levels (avoid ageing & shortages)
- Handle product registration and follow up with relevant authorities
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product-related requirements
- Oversee and follow up on product shipments from suppliers (end-to-end)
- Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Valid MOH license (mandatory)
- UAE experience in pharmaceutical warehouse / logistics (2–3 years)
- Experience with MOH & Dubai Municipality portals
- Experience in shipment coordination / logistics with suppliers
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
- Ready to join immediately (preferable)
