About This Role
Job Summary:
A Pharmacy in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist In Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a DHA-licensed pharmacist with strong pharmaceutical knowledge and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and company policies
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and responsibly
- Provide professional advice on medications, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements
- Drive sales growth by promoting products, upselling, and ensuring excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per company preference)
- Valid DHA license as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a retail pharmacy in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare regulations
- Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- DHA License (Required)
