Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist at Al-Khaleej Medical, based in Riyadh.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescribed medications accurately, advising patients on proper medication use and potential side effects, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing inventory in the pharmacy.
Additional responsibilities include liaising with healthcare professionals, providing medication therapy management, and ensuring quality customer service to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in dispensing medications, preparing prescriptions, and ensuring dosage accuracy
- Strong knowledge of medication usage, drug interactions, and side effect identification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for patient counseling and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Experience in inventory management and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with active licensure to practice as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems and software is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
