Position Overview
We are seeking a **Pharmaceutical Buyer** to manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely acquisition of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams.
The Pharmaceutical Buyer will play a key role in maintaining Romanitos Medical’s reputation for excellence in healthcare procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure pharmaceutical products from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Maintain procurement documentation for contracts, orders, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with medical teams to identify product requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management systems.
- Certifications in supply chain management or healthcare procurement are an advantage.
