Job duties and responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers, mainly in pharma vertical, to Help sell our JuliaHub platform; this entails demos, understanding their pain points, requirements and positioning our product strengths Ensure customer success for deployed products through training, support, and building relationships for customer confidence and satisfaction Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that regulatory and security requirements are addressed
• Capture key technical requirements from customers for product roadmap directions as appropriate
• Work cross-functionally with product management, customer operations, product engineering, and company leadership to ensure the key technical requirements of enterprise customers are met
• Ensure key enterprise customers are able to overcome technical barriers while implementing JuliaHub in production
• Help design and build compelling demonstrations and workflows

• A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or related technical disciplines
• 5+ years professional experience in working in customer success, sales engineering, application engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles
• Expertise to learn and handle all aspects of a cloud-based technical computing environment
• Understanding of how platform products and cloud products work
• Experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology and/or related fields
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
