An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to begin or further their career within the golf industry at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
We are seeking a passionate PGA Intern / Assistant Academy Professional to join our growing coaching team and gain hands-on experience within one of the UAE’s leading golf academies.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their coaching, operational, and player development knowledge within a modern and high-performance environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the coaching team across all areas of the academy including junior development, beginner pathways, coaching operations, customer service, and academy events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with junior academy programs and group coaching sessions
- Support academy operations and daily coaching activities
- Help organize and deliver events, clinics, and player development programs
- Assist members and guests with academy enquiries
- Support the coaching team with player development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation
- Continue personal development through coaching education and mentoring
Candidate Requirements
- Passionate about golf coaching and player development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
- Playing background preferred
- PGA trainee, aspiring PGA professional, or previous coaching experience advantageous
- Interest in TPI, biomechanics, fitness, or performance coaching beneficial
