JOB PURPOSE:
To provide professional grooming services for pets, ensuring their hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform full grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, clipping, nail cutting, ear cleaning, and styling.
- Handle pets in a safe, humane, and professional manner at all times.
- Assess pet condition and report any health concerns (skin issues, parasites, injuries) to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming tools, equipment, and work area as per municipality standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of grooming equipment.
- Manage grooming schedules and complete services within allocated time.
- Provide professional advice to customers on pet care and grooming maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and UAE municipality guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Pet Groomer in UAE or abroad.
- Knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques.
- Ability to handle aggressive or anxious pets calmly.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (UAE COMPLIANCE):
- Candidate must hold a valid Emirates ID and have legal authorization to work in the UAE.
- Only candidates with their own visa (freelance visa, spouse visa, or transferable visa) will be considered.
- Company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working Hours: As per UAE Labour Law (typically 8–9 hours per day).
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week.
- Overtime: As per UAE Labour Law (if applicable).
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary: To be discussed based on experience and skills.
- Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law.
OTHER TERMS:
- Employee must follow all UAE Municipality animal welfare regulations.
- Immediate joining preferred.
