We are looking for a skilled and responsible Blowing & Labeler Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain bottle blowing and labeling machines in our production facility.
The ideal candidate should have experience in beverage or water manufacturing industries and be capable of ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PET blowing machines and labeling machines efficiently.
- Ensure proper machine setup, adjustment, and continuous monitoring during production.
- Maintain production targets with minimum downtime and wastage.
- Check bottle quality, label alignment, shrink quality, and overall product standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Identify machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain production records and daily machine reports.
- Follow company safety procedures, hygiene standards, and GMP practices.
- Support the production team during line changeovers and operational activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Blowing Operator or Labeler Operator in the bottled water or beverage industry.
- Knowledge of PET blowing machines, labeling systems, and production line operations.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with a responsible and disciplined attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in UAE or GCC manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
