Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pest control procedures, U.A.E regulations, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pest control technicians
- Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs to the team
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance
- Ensure all treatments are performed following Dubai Municipality and UAE safety standards
- Train new technicians on procedures, equipment, and chemical handling
- Maintain service quality and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure proper documentation, reports, and service records
- Monitor pesticide stock, equipment maintenance, and vehicle readiness
- Follow protocols and ensure the team complies with all health & safety requirements
- Communicate job progress and challenges to management
- Support the company in identifying new business opportunities
- Communicate with customers and promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Assist management in preparing quotations when required
- Maintain positive client relationships for repeat business
- Help promote company services during site visits and inspections
- Represent the company professionally to enhance brand reputation
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pest Control Supervisor
- Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor Card (required)
- Knowledge of pest management techniques, pesticides, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle field operations independently
- Good English communication; Arabic is a plus
