Role overview
Oversees daily pest control operations, technicians, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate operations and technicians; plan jobs and service schedules.
- Ensure treatments are safe and effective; inspect sites and identify pest-related issues.
- Monitor technician performance and equipment and chemical use; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain service reports and treatment records; communicate with clients and address concerns.
- Train technicians; monitor inventory; prepare operational reports and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of UAE pest control experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Relevant pest control experience and knowledge of treatment methods, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Team management, communication, problem-solving, customer service, basic computer, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and service schedules.
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous; relevant UAE pest control certification/license is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
