About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible **Pest Control Supervisor** to lead and oversee daily pest control operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field technicians, planning and managing treatment schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring full compliance with municipality, environmental, and health & safety regulations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage both residential and commercial pest control services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage pest control operations and field technicians
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate pest control treatments for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest-related issues and recommend effective treatment solutions
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and application of chemicals in accordance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor service quality and ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate service reports, treatment records, and operational documentation
- Train, guide, and support technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, environmental policies, and health & safety requirements
- Address client concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with management regarding operational updates, staffing, and material requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Valid pest control license/certification as required by local authorities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and work efficiently under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
