Pest & Bird Control Technician

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team.

Whether you're starting your career, looking for a change, or simply want a role where you're out and about rather than behind a desk, this could be the opportunity for you.

No previous pest control experience is required. We'll provide full training, ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management , giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician.

With full training and support, you'll learn to:

Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.

Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.

Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.

Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings.

Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.

Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.

Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.

No two days will be the same. You'll work across a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial sites , gaining valuable experience across different environments and pest control challenges.
